Sr Hamidul Ghazali bin Mohamed is a Company’s Managing Partner / Director, having a vast experience in real estate industry for almost 22 years particularly in property management, building maintenance and real estate development.

Upon Diploma graduation, he began his career back in 1996 when he worked at Property Valuation firm, Kumpulan Jurunilai Sdn Bhd and reemployed by the same as Valuation Executive after obtained his first Degree in 2000. He then pursued his career journey with IPC Island Property Consultants in 2002, doing real estate valuation and land acquisition before joining Corporate Sector, Island & Peninsular Berhad, the wholly owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) for almost 13 years since 2004.

Within this period, he had served under several divisions and portfolios such as Property Services, Property Management & Maintenance, Asset Management, Land Development and Project Implementation.

He was involved in the management of a wide range of properties, both Strata and Landed properties, in particular, commercial office buildings, retail complexes, high rise and low rise apartments which developed by the company located in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Penang.

He had vast experience in handling the 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the formation of Joint Management Body (JMB) and Management Corporation (MC) as stipulated under Strata management Act 2013 and liaison with the relevant authorities with regard to the management and maintenance of the properties. He also managed to handle dispute in strata living and attend hearing in Strata Management Tribunal.

Apart from that, he had also assigned to manage and maintain several townships developed by the Group known as Taman Setiawangsa, Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, Petaling Heights and Alam Sutera, Kuala Lumpur. He had in charged in overseeing the maintenance and up keeping of the township such as infrastructure, facilities and amenities, public parks, etc until fully handing over to the Authorities.

He is also a Certified Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 with British Standard Institution (BSI) and served as Management Representative (MR) and Auditor for I&P Group of Companies for five years until 2017.

He then joined SP Setia Berhad from January 2018 as a results of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) of PNB Group of Companies until August 2019 and had assigned to manage 423 acres of Setia Alamsari, Kajang township, handling HOVP for completed properties, handling handing over of infrastructure to Authorities, managing purchaser complaint and monitoring the rectification works for completed properties during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) as well as assisting sales team for new launches product.
